Flex Track Process

Flextrack process

After the daily forecast wind updates, the Trackmaster will create the AUSOTS Flex Tracks that are required for the period. Approximately one (1) hour after the wind updates, the Trackmaster will send the draft Flex Tracks to selected airlines as TCMs. After confirmation is received from the airlines on the suitability of the exit gate from the Australian FIRs, the AUSOTS tracks will be published as TDM and NOTAM.
