Document Amendment Calendar

The following time-line represents the 28 day cycle involved in the production of AIS documents.

The Aeronautical Information Regulation and Control (AIRAC) effective date is based on the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) AIRAC cycle.

Schedules are prepared a well in advance and should be regarded as guidance only as future cut-off dates may change.

Any change will be published as they occur.

Additional clarification regarding the AIRAC cycle can be found at ICAO.

*For any particular Amendment Cycle, time must be allowed for a proposed documentation change to be verified and validated prior to the Cut-off date.

Notification of changes should be sent directly to Aeronautical Information Service via our E-Correction Card or by email to docs.amend@airservicesaustralia.com
